From the market to the plate: the culinary experience is accompanied by a stroll through the souk to discover the spices and aromatics used in our recipes. The menus are created daily using local & seasonal products. Take inspiration from our list of dishes and let us know what inspires you.

A Taste Of Morocco




Taste a selection of fine oils, honeys and other local Moroccan products. Learn about their origins, manufacturing processes and benefits. At the end of the workshop, assemble your own “Amlou”, a traditional Moroccan spread, and leave with a personalized jar to prolong the tasting experience at home. This experience will awaken your taste buds and your curiosity.

Embroidery Workshop





Join us for a creative and convivial embroidery experience, in partnership with the Chouikik women’s cooperative. The seamstresses will guide you step by step, sharing their know-how with you. Start by learning 4 simple stitches, then go on to personalize the object of your choice: totebag, socks or your own piece of fabric.
